About this record

How this record is compiled

This site is a public information record. Every entry is intended to be checkable: what was done, where, when, at what scale, and on whose authority.

What is published here

Entries fall into two categories. Projects are physical or programme interventions with a location and a delivery status — a road, a culvert, a health centre, a borehole. Achievements are documented outcomes: a programme completed, a reform enacted, a payment cleared, a target met. Both are attached to a sector and, wherever possible, to a local government area.

Verification levels

Every figure carries a verification label so readers can weigh it accurately.

  • Verified

Confirmed against an official document, budget line, audited account or a signed government release, linked from the entry.

  • official

Stated by a government ministry, agency or the administration's communications team, with the source named.

  • pending

Published provisionally while supporting documentation is being confirmed. Treat these figures as indicative, not final.

Sourcing standard

Where a supporting document exists, it is published in the reports and documents library and linked from the entry it supports. Where a figure comes from a press release or ministerial statement, the release is named and dated. Photographs used as evidence of delivery are dated and located in the media centre.

Updates and corrections

Records are reviewed as new documentation is received; each entry shows its last updated date. If you believe an entry is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, write to the communications team with the entry name and the evidence you hold. Where a correction is made, the entry is updated rather than removed.
